Manchester Community Outreach & Advice Partnership The is a new project which brings together a number of agencies working in partnership with the aims of providing advice and support to refugee and migrant communities and to engage with local community venues to develop and extend access to advice and support. |

| Award winning rock band Elbow along with Councillor Glyn Evans open the new one stop Citizens Advice Bureau at the site of the former Ben Brierley pub. The new outlet features extended opening hours, electronic self help kiosk, a spacious waiting room, and appointments with external agencies.
